A New House

Well, I guess it all started this past summer when Ed said they'd officially be coming back to the states by July '09. He said for us to start looking for a house in November. So we did. I kind of half-heartedly started looking and was really only looking for short sale properties because those take longer to close. Then I was searching MLS and found a property that was really nice. It's smaller than we'd been looking for, but it looked very spacious. Plus it had all of the appliances, new roof, new a/c, new tiled floors, new cabinets and granite counters, new paint inside and out, and new sod. So I asked to look at it. I loved it. Steve also loved it and we made an offer. It was accepted this week! Yay! I had no idea we'd find something so fast. Here are some pictures:
